Internship Student - Marketing
A project-based internship of 6-week tenure on the project called "Omotenashi" which is about dealing the customers with care and gain the feedback about the services provided by the company.
Gathering customer's data through the official software of SIMS used by the Atlas Honda.
Identifying the relationship of the customers with the dealerships by interacting with both customers and dealerships.
Suggested the idea for extended hours of dealership for the appointment-based servicing.
